Terms and conditions for Single Session Admission

Clients must purchase pass before enrolling in class. Limited to only 5 children per class. Children and adults must wear socks in the space. Preregistration is required for all. Only one adult per child please in the space. Must make a Pike13 account and sign waiver before enrollment in class. All guess must be subject to temperature checks upon entry. Please keep all children's snacks, drinks, and personal items with you to ensure no cross contamination occurs. We all play and enjoy at our own risk.
